The first floor has a large living room with a working fireplace and two double doors opening onto a covered terrace. The dining room also has double doors to the terrace, and the kitchen suite also has an indoor dining area which opens to an outside covered patio dining area. Access to Oaxaca el centro is about 10 minutes by car, and there is also a regular bus service every 15 minutes to the city center and direct to all major shopping precincts.
