Sketch map of property, about 2 acres, off China Creek Road, the back road from Oakhurst to Bass Lake, California, near South Gate of Yosemite National Park. The property is at the end of the (dirt) road, off China Creek Lane. The area is private land totally surrounded by National Forest. No way through to anywhere else. The road on the site is private to the property and could be gated. The site is part of an early ranch, and is now pretty wild. Would need to be cleared and landscaped, but many good trees worth preserving. The creek is seasonal, dry in summer, a small waterfall. Across the east boundary there is a small lake.
